With research from the National Association of Realtors, realtor.com recently reported on Florida markets and declining price trends... but the news isn't all bad. Alongside other U.S. markets that experienced particular booms during the pandemic, Florida locales are experiencing deflation in pricing as in-migration plateaus. The good news for Florida communities is that with pandemic population growth and preceding business relocation trends thanks to our low tax environment and appealing lifestyle, there's strong potential for long-term appreciation to continue, albeit at a more tempered pace than what we'd seen in the last few years. According to realtor.com research, "some markets experiencing price declines... with solid job growth could see prices recover in the near future."
