5830 MIDNIGHT PASS ROAD Unit: 21E

This unit is the perfect beach get-away! It is Coastal Living at its finest! Totally updated with exquisite taste, no detail was missed! The windows and sliding doors were replaced and all look out to miles and miles of Siesta Beach. Can't imagine finding a better laid back beach refuge, with its gourmet kitchen, high-end appliances, granite, stainless steel, painted wooden floors, crown molding, large great-room with large porches for enjoying the sunset nightly, and eating outside. All of the closets have been done, and a washer and dryer are tucked in one. Lots of additional storage in the unit, and an added storage unit for chairs, bikes etc. This unit was never rented, however, the rental policy is very liberal. Conveniently located close to Siesta Village, and minutes from shopping, dining and downtown. Don't miss this great property!
