Our recent sale at Center Place in the coveted Lido Shores community known for its Midcentury Modern style and ideal location closed last Thursday at the HIGHEST PRICE per square foot on Lido Key for a home that is not new construction or waterfront. This incredible benchmark - $1,600 per square foot - speaks both to our marketing strategy for this property and to the attention that the owners put into maintaining and presenting the home. This 2,300 square foot home closed at $3,750,000 and had gone under contract immediately upon its listing after receiving significant attention from a nationwide buyer pool. 

There have been a lot of headlines, both local and national, about how the real estate market is responding to economic pressures including rising inflation and interest rates.
