Amy’s extraordinary reputation and expertise in Sarasota’s premier new construction sales perfectly complements our team’s distinguished service to luxury clients.
A well-known and regarded veteran of luxury real estate, Amy has established herself at the forefront of luxury sales, working with buyers, sellers, and developers of new construction condominiums on Longboat Key and downtown Sarasota. She spent nearly a decade at the helm of a leading local team before forming her own brokerage firm, Property Perspectives Group (PPG), in 2016. At PPG she specialized in new construction consulting, marketing, and sales of the region’s most notable new developments, including Aria Longboat Key, 624 Palm (Echelon), EPOCH and 7OneOne Palm. Amy is a proven Sarasota and Manatee County market leader; in 2021 she placed eighth in market share with over $155 million in closed sales volume, and first in average sales price, at over $5 million.
Prior to her career in real estate Drake enjoyed a successful tenure in tourism and hospitality, including a position as Vice President of Operations at Longboat Key Club and Resort. A longtime resident of Longboat Key, Drake’s knowledge of the region goes deep and she’s passionate about sharing the luxury lifestyle with others. She supports a variety of non-profit and community organizations - in leadership, fundraising and volunteer roles. Most recently she established the Amy & Michael Drake Endowed Scholarship at USF Tampa’s Patel College of Global Sustainability, ensuring students working to protect our fragile environment have the necessary funds to continue their educations.
