The latest quarterly data paints a clear picture that Sarasota's real estate market has shifted back to a pattern of pronounced seasonality, with listings in all neighborhoods staying on the market for more days than they had been in the previous few months and relative to the same time period this year. West of Trail, second quarter listings stayed on the market for an average of 61 days... nearly quadruple the average for the second quarter of 2022. While the average rose by quite a lot, the LRM Group's three recent West of Trail listings each went under contract within a few days.
