We are honored by the leading role that Amy Drake and her husband, Michael, have in Gulf Coast environmentalism, from their scholarship endowment at the University of South Florida to their support of the Conservation Foundation of the Gulf Coast and much more. Last week we were thrilled to join them as guests at the eighth annual Feast Upon the Fields, a farm-to-table luncheon in support of the Conservation Foundation. The Paul Mattison menu and the natural setting of the Myakka Headwaters Preserve combined for a stunning reminder of how bountiful and beautiful Sarasota’s surroundings are.
